massive fps drops after last update
Never had this problem before. But not in certain areas fps is goin dow like crazy. Everything looks like matrix slow motion. Leaving area helps. Reducing video settings doesn't. Just wondering if anyone else having this or maybe I should start reinstalling drivers/windows.

Sounds like CPU useage problems to me.... I'd check what you have running in the background..
